When do I get charged?

A hold is placed on your card 24 hours before your appointment, but your card will be charged after your cleaning appointment is completed.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a $70 late cancellation fee.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

In case you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you can call us within 48 hours and will send out a cleaner to do a reclean.
